Wedding Photography:
Coverage of the wedding ceremony is at the discretion of the minister or registrar/officiant. Please ensure you speak with them prior your wedding to confirm photographs may be taken during the ceremony.

Whilst we would like you to use digital copies of your wedding to show friends and family on social media sites, it is in fact a breech of international and UK copyright law to copy or capture any images from this website (including your preview gallery). Booking:
To book J Doran Photography for your wedding, a retainer of £350.00 (Three Hundred & Fifty Pounds Sterling) is required on the date of booking. This is a non-refundable retainer and will secure your wedding date. J Doran Photography do not shoot more than one wedding per day.
For portrait sessions, a retainer of £50.00 is required for all portrait sessions payable on booking.

Print Quality:
All of our prints are checked individually prior to shipping and are produced using the finest materials. They have been printed on professional grade photographic paper. However, care must still be taken to ensure the highest quality of the print. Please do not bend, tear or spill fluids on them and please keep away from heat sources. Please keep them out of direct sunlight, as harmful UV light will cause fading and unnatural early ageing of the photograph.
Postage & Packing:
Postage and packing is at cost and added to your order at the checkout. Album and frames above £250 include free delivery. Please allow up to 28 days for your order to be delivered. Please let us know if the prints are required by specific date when you place your order.

Print Sizes:
Photographs are supplied at standard photographic sizes unless otherwise requested or stated such as: 6x4”, 7x5”, 8x6”, 9x6”, 10x8” or 12x8”. However, some images are cropped to create the most pleasing image, unless a specific size is requested.
Payment Options:
We accept payment by cheque in UK Pounds sterling, made payable to: Mr John Doran, or by the PayPal system. You are responsible for all charges resulting from the shipping and importation of goods into your region. In the case of cheques, we will not despatch your order until your cheque has been cleared.

Your Right To Cancel:
You have 48 hours in which to cancel your order for albums or reprints. We process the printing and album orders 72 hours after the order has been confirmed and placed by you. We aim to despatch print orders within 14 days but orders can take up to 28 days during peak periods.
All our albums are hand made for each order in the UK, Italy, New Zealand & Australia, and are usually with us within 6 weeks. We therefore aim to have albums despatched within 6-10 weeks of the album design approval.
Refunds:
Refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management, once the photographs, frames or album(s) have been received and inspected for quality and/or damage.

Complaints:
Should you have cause to complain, we will do our very best to satisfy your needs and rectify any problem that may occur.

Privacy:
We dislike junk mail as much as the next person. As such J Doran photography will not pass any details on to third party companies for advertising, PR, or other means. We will send periodic emails containing future offers and discounts.

We pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction. This means we will do our best to ensure the photographs we send you are as beautiful as you saw them on display. If under any circumstance this is not the case, please let us know at the earliest opportunity, and we will do our very best to rectify the situation.
Should we make a mistake or the prints are not to the highest standards we expect from our lab(s), we will put it right at our expense. Please provide as much information as you can to help us satisfy your needs entirely.
Travel & Accommodation:
For weddings in Swansea, Cardiff, Carmarthen, Tenby, Pembroke, Haverfordwest, Mwnt, Cardigan, Fishguard, Roch, Solva, St Davids, Milford Haven, Broad haven, Nolton, Camrose, Lamphey Court Hotel, Wolfs Castle, Manorbier Castle, Slebech Park, Beggars Reach Hotel, or for collections over £3,000 will not incur additional travel & accommodation fees.
If the wedding is taking place over two hours drive from the postal code: SA61 2GG it is the responsibility of the client to arrange accommodation the night of the wedding at either the hotel or nearest suitable accommodation to the venue. Travel over 40 miles from the postal code: SA61 2GG will incur a charge of £0.50p per mile thereafter unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For destination weddings or weddings overseas/abroad, travel and accommodation is charged to the client at the current rates at the time of booking.
